Charges to full, then quits halfway across the floor? That is the pack, not the robot. Mail us the battery and we rebuild it with new cells - or send the whole vacuum and get it back cleaned and running.
⚡ T2080-6S1P
This is the battery used in the eufy Robot Vacuum S1 and the S1 Pro. If you got here by searching the part number, it is the T2080-6S1P pack - the same one inside both machines.
The rebuild is battery-only: the pack has to come out of the vacuum and be mailed to us on its own. The whole-vacuum service is for anyone who would rather not open it at all.
We rebuild your own T2080-6S1P pack with brand-new OEM-grade cells and send it back in its original housing.
Ship us the whole robot. We replace the battery and deep-clean and refurbish the vacuum while it is open.
E41 is the vacuum telling you the battery needs replacing. It is not a setting to clear or a fault in the robot - the pack has reached the end of its life and wants swapping out.
Runs fine docked, dies the second it undocks? With no charger behind it the worn pack cannot hold the load, so the robot shuts straight down. The battery is dead.
Either one is a battery job. Pick an option below and we will take it from there.
Pick your option and send the form below.
You get the mail-in address and what happens next.
The pack on its own, or the whole vacuum.
New cells in, tested under load, back to you.
Have a different eufy pack, or another robot vacuum? Ask in the form - we service more than the S1, and we will tell you straight whether yours is one we can rebuild.
The $149.99 rebuild is battery-only, so the pack has to come out of the S1 before you post it. There is a clear video of the removal, and the short version is below.

Work with the vacuum switched off, keep the screws you take out together, and release the connector by the plug rather than pulling on the wires. Prefer not to open it? The $349 whole-vacuum service means you ship it to us assembled and we do this part.
E41 on the display is the vacuum telling you the battery needs replacing. It is not a setting you can clear or a fault in the robot itself - the pack has reached the end of its usable life and wants swapping out. Send us the pack and we rebuild it with new cells, or send the whole vacuum and we handle it.
A vacuum that runs happily on the dock and dies the moment it undocks is running on a dead battery: with no charger behind it the worn pack cannot hold the load, so the robot shuts straight down. That is a battery replacement, not a repair to the vacuum.
Yes, and the same pack is used in the eufy Robot Vacuum S1 and the S1 Pro. Remove the battery yourself and mail us the pack and we rebuild it with new cells for $149.99, or send the whole vacuum and we do the battery plus a deep clean and refurbishment for $349, battery included.
It is. The S1 pack - part number T2080-6S1P - is a self-contained module that unplugs from the vacuum, which is what makes replacing the cells inside it possible. If you would rather not open the vacuum at all, the $349 whole-vacuum option covers us doing that part.
Almost always the cells. They are wired in series, so the weakest one sets the limit for all of them - once it sags under load the battery management system cuts the pack off and the vacuum reads that as empty, even though the charger said it filled up. A rebuild replaces every cell as a matched set, which is why we rebuild rather than swap a single cell.
How far one charge goes depends on floor type, suction setting and how much mopping the run involves. The number that matters for a rebuild is the trend rather than the figure: lithium-ion cells lose usable capacity as they age and cycle, so a vacuum that used to finish the whole floor and now stops partway has a pack that has worn out, not a settings problem.
There is a video walkthrough of the removal on our YouTube channel - the link is on this page. Work with the vacuum switched off, keep the screws you take out together, and release the connector by the plug rather than pulling on the wires. If that sounds like more than you want to take on, choose the $349 whole-vacuum option and ship it to us assembled.
Tell us which option you want and where you are. One of our reps will message you with confirmation and instructions to mail in your unit.
